Woohoo – Happy Friday!!

It is Back to School Week here! You know what that means?? Time for Fall.
Could someone please tell the weatherman? I want to wear sweaters. And boots. And maybe a scarf.

We’re starting to see some fabulous Fall Projects in the link parties too! Are you ready for features?

I am loving this simple but pretty wrapping idea from Laura Beth at A Step in the Journey. I am always on the lookout for easy ways to make packages cute!

I am thinking of moving closer to Mandy from Baking with Blondie so she can make me cakes. This week she’s sharing an Almond Infused Cream Cheese Frosting.
It sounds so good – but look how pretty it is!!

Taryn from Design, Dining and Diapers made this super darling Birdcage Pillow!! I just love the design!

So everything Jessica from Me Sew Crazy does is plain awesome. This super darling Wrap Skirt is no exception I just love the patchwork!
And I think Jessica’s getting ready to start posting all her adorable fall outfits - you better follow along so you don’t miss any.

Ok – how sweet is this Lullaby Pillow from Liz at Loves Grows Wild?? What a great keepsake! ooh – or you could make one with your wedding song!! Awwwwww.

Christine from The Crafty Woman redid this GORGEOUS piece of furniture. Not sure if it’s a buffet or a console or a coffee table. But I’m sure I want it!!

These “EAT” letters from Jill at Create.Craft.Love are so fabulous and retro-y! I really thought they were metal. So cute.

Wow these look good – they are White Chocolate Gingerbread Truffles from Lindsay at Mommy’s Sweet Confessions. Speaking of Fall – these are perfect!

Carolyn from Homework made these pretty Twine Vases! It’s such a fresh, beachy look and it would be super easy to do!

We’re kind of all about the pillows today aren’t we! Check out these t-shirt pillows from the Bonnie at Uncommon! These would be great for those college kids heading off – what a fun memory – or for little ones that can’t fit into a favorite shirt anymore!

We have some Weird Searches this week – woohoo!

~ So this week we’re starting off with “how to sew a maxi up and down in the back“. Ok, here’s my problem with that. I assume she’s talking about a maxi dress. But isn’t there some part of you (assuming you’re a girl) that looks at that and says, “Why would you want to sew down a maxi”? Yeah. Me too.

~ We also had “random pictures that are the measure of length“. This is gibberish and I can’t think of anything funny to say about it. Oh wait though. Does that mean something dirty? Ok please don’t google that one and blame me if you get all kinds of photos that burn your eyeballs.

~ Speaking of things to not search, we had “eyeball cut out“. Now you and I know they probably wanted a cute little eyeball picture to Mod Podge on a Halloween craft. But if you do generic searches like that you’re going to get all kinds of uckiness. Have you seen Minority Report? This is not a picture you want in your head.

And on that note (they were all kind of gross this week, weren’t they??) - Happy Labor Day Weekend!! I hope you have some time to relax and have fun!
