Ready for some Highlights of the Week??
First up - I am sure you have all been anxiously awaiting the results of the FT Pumpkin Carving Contest!
Well – the results are in – and I just have to say. . . . I WON!!!! Wooohoooooooooo!
I will show you our entries. They aren’t fancy (did you see All Things Thrifty’s pumpkins? Holy Cow!) but we had fun with it. ;)
Mine was the Graveyard. And despite Mr. F.T. trying to buy votes, he didn’t win. ;) The kids did a great job with the Thundercat and Jack from Nightmare before Christmas too!
We kicked pumpkin butt this year. ;)

Last up – Weird Searches of the Week!!
• This week we are starting off with, “where can i find an anthropologie necklace that has 5 large green balls”. Um. Just taking a stab here . . . but maybe Anthropologie??
• These vague searches crack me up, We had, “where should I put my starburst mirror”. Unless it also doubles as a rug, I would highly suggest a wall.
• Last up we had the search for, “have you seen me”. Well, possibly. Were you throwing up in the bathroom at Michael’s this week? If so then yes. Yes I have.
Coming up in the next two weeks - I have a few tutorials for some Handmade Accessory Gifts I’m planning on sharing – if I can finish them all. :)
Hopefully you will find some gift ideas – with enough time to still get them made! :)

That necklace caught my eye too, it’s so cute! I also noticed that table, I have a table with an antique sewing machine as the bottom. My Dad got the bottom at an antiques show and then had a piece of granite cut to size for the top for me. I got it for Christmas the first year in our new home and it’s a wonderful table for our entryway. He got the idea from one they got already done, with a marble top, that they got at another antiques show. Both tables are lovely and one of a kind, they always get comments.
