Happy Friday everyone!! I hope you’ve had a great week!
It’s time for some fun features from last week’s Think Pink Sunday!

Check out these gorgeous Nesting Tables by Deborah at Upcycling My Life!!
Aren’t they so pretty? I love the little pops of color on the legs. You have to click over and see the “before” shots. She did an amazing job refinishing these!!
Jen from Something Turquoise (who is super adorable btw) made these fun Chocololate Tasting Mini-Jars. Wouldn’t they be fun for a party? Or anytime? ;)
I’m thinking you could pay some bills, taste some chocolate, fold laundry, taste some chocolate, dishes, chocolate . . . You get the idea.
This Tea Light Wall art by Brooke from Spruce Your Nest is so great!! I love the spoons as the holders – such a cute idea!!
I’m drooling over these Homemade Cinnastix by Jenn at Eat Cake for Dinner!! YUM! These sound quick and easy and amazing!!
Seriously how cute are these little Witchy Shoes from Sharon at Sharon Sews?? She fills them with treats or uses them for silverware/napkin holders. LOVE!
Malia from Yesterday on Tuesday linked up the recipe for a Simple Citrus Scrub – what a great gift idea!! She packaged it up super cute too. So pretty!
LOVE these features!!
(If you were featured – snag a button! They’re on the sidebar. ;)
I have to say I am having such a blast with the Think Pink Sunday parties! You are all so creative and it is so fun to see what you have been up to every week!
Time for Some Highlights of the Week!!
Coming up This Week:
We will be having the Annual Pumpkin Carving Competition here in FT land. We each get a pumpkin and do our best to create carved pumpkin awesomeness. Then we take photos and email them out to all family members who are then forced asked to vote for the best. Of course the pumpkins are marked by number so no one can play favorites. (Yes. Shockingly enough, the grandparents would totally choose the kids’ pumpkins because they like the grandkids better than us – but I am having none of that!!!).
Up until now I have been a sore loser. But this year is my year. I can feel it!! I have a plan but I’m not giving anything away. I will let you know how it all turns out. If I win.
Kato the Kitty Update:
In case you missed it, a few months ago we added a new kitty to the household. Well I’m sure you’ve been dying to know how everything’s going. He’s doing great. Though I didn’t think through how much adopting a kitten would be like having a toddler around the house. “Kato, did you have to unroll that ENTIRE spool of thread?”. “Kato, thank you for knocking off that brand new hurricane lamp from the top of the piano and breaking it into a million pieces. I was needing to vacuum anyway.”. “Kato, do you think you could stop using my face as a trampoline at 2 am to jump from the bed to the window. hmmmm?” I do adore him though. He’s cuddly and silly and makes funny noises when he’s sleeping and gets startled. All of which is probably way more info than you were wanting about my cat. You’re welcome.
Weird Searches of the Week:
This week we had a search for “baby flamingo toes“. Awww. that sounds cute. But we are a baby-free zone now – and paid good money to make sure it stays that way. ;)
We also had the super random search for “purple bugs car“. I honestly can’t imagine how they ended up here and I can’t even think of anything funny to say. Feel free to write your own snarky comment below. ;)
Last up we had “sumo wrestling rhinestone templates“. Nice!! I had no idea sumo wrestlers were adding a little bling to their wardrobe. Though with their wrestling outfits that might be a bit tough. Those rhinestones could chafe in some interesting places.
I’ll leave you with that image in your head. :) See ya this weekend for Think Pink Sundays!!

Oh man, I am DYING over the sumo bling!!! Who would have EVER thought of that? lol!!!
I’m absolutely loving every single one of these features!
Thank you so much for featuring my tea light wall art! I popped over to check out the great features of the week and my heart dropped when I saw mine!!
Have a fabulous day!

Wonderful highlight features… All cuter or cooler then the last ;) That chocolate looks yummy!!
I’m intrigued by the chocolate tasting jars. Of to check them out…
Thanks, Bev!
wow great ideas… i am flattered to be included in such crafty company! thanks for the love, bev!
The kitty using your face as a trampoline…at 2 am?! I’m sorry Bev, but it’s just hilarious and I can totally imagine it! Please, you need to have another post dedicated to Kato the kitty :) (But it’s a shame about the hurricane lamp, it was my favourite!)
My cat, Pepsi, still uses my stomach as a trampoline and she’s 6! She is a big cat too, but not as big as her sister. whew! Pepsi is so sweet, she will lie near my head when I’m sleeping to make sure I’m ok. I got the cats as kittens, from a shelter, shortly before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. They have been a God send since I got them.
Thanks for the picture of Mark and I. My camera was lost at my Dad’s house and I forgot my cell phone. I guess that makes me the worst blogger in the world. lol I made it and walked the 3 hours, so I feel I’m good. :)
I LOVE the larger pictures! So much easier to see the detail before deciding if I want to click on.
