Memorial Day Printables

So somehow Memorial Day snuck up on me.
Seriously – how on earth did we get to the end of May so quickly??

I was thinking about our plans for the weekend – and of course my thoughts turned to food.
Try not to be shocked.

What do you think of when you think of Memorial Day Menus?? Grilling!
(Sorry – I answered my own question there.)

And of course I thought we needed a fun printable to celebrate the holiday weekend and the beginning of summer!

This one is a little more serious –

Living so near to several Military bases, the Military and their families are something we talk about often here, and how thankful we are for them.
This weekend is a time for us to remember those who have given their lives for our country.

I love this quote – it’s a great reminder of the courage they showed to protect our freedoms.

(As always, these printables are for personal use only. :)

  • Love. Thank you so much, Bev! We are having a bbq this weekend & I’m going to frame this and put it by the grill…just perfect! Have a wonderful {long} weekend!!!

  • Cute, Bev! And I love the quote. This is such an important weekend for our military families and friends.

  • These are awesome Bev. I love the grill printable but especially the Churchill quote and remembering the solemnity of Memorial Day. Thanks so much!

Would love to know where you got the graphics from or if you could share them. I would love to take this one step further and make an invite for our neighborhood annual 4th of July BBQ block party. This would be perfect, as it is simple and classic!
