Happy Friday!!
I’m so excited to share with you our new weekend event - but first let me just tell you how much fun I had yesterday!
I spent the day in San Diego shopping, eating (Starbucks Cake Pops=Yumminess!!) and blog plotting with Jessica from Sew Homegrown!!
We had such a good time – and Jessica and I have some super stuff planned for you in the next couple months!!
Let me just tell you – we spent probably an HOUR in Anthro – and we also terrorized Pottery Barn. :)
It was great. (Jessica is a doll and soooo super creative!! Make sure you go visit and say “hi”!)

Now for the Super Fun Amazing Announcement!!!
Starting this weekend - I will be hosting a Brand New Link Party!!!
We had a super fast Facebook contest this week because I Could. Not. think of a name for this party. ;)
Allll of the suggestions were fabulous – I had a hard time!
Actually such a hard time that I ended up picking two of your suggestions!
So the name of the new party is . . . . .
Fun right?? :)
Thanks to Michele from The Scrap Shoppe(Think Pink Sundays) and Roo from Nice Girl Notes (Get Your Party On)!
(I’ll be sending you gals emails about your prizes!)
The party will be a place for you to link up your tutorials, refashions, recipes, printables, furniture redesign, house renovations, etc.
Basically – anything we can make!! Inspire us and show off your creativity!
I’ll put the links up on Saturday evenings (yep. tomorrow!!!!) - so you can link up and check back on Sundays to see all the coolness.
I’m excited. I know I said that, but I am!! ;)

Well – now for some inspiration – it’s time for the Crush of the Week!!

You’ve probably seen this – because it’s stinkin’ adorable – but I just had to show off this darling Hilarious Headband Leprechaun Hat from Sew Can Do!!
Oh my goodness the cuteness!! Cheryl makes these for her shop. I don’t know if she can get them to you by St. Paddy’s day, but she also has a little pink version that is also sooooo cute!
Check out this Lucky Penny Necklace from Michell over at Girl in Air.
Isn’t it great?? She has a very clear tutorial for this – she shows you exactly what tools you need and how to do it! I love it. ;)
The fabulous Julie from Mommie Cooks has created this Boston “Black Forest” Cream Pie. Good Gracious this looks tasty.
I usually beg my sweet Mother-in-law to make Boston Cream Pie for my birthday.
(And anyone else’s birthday. Or possibly Labor Day. Adopt a Rescued Guinea Pig Month??? (Hey. That’s March! Sweet!!)
Anyway – it looks yummy. We’re definitely going to be giving this one a try.
I really like this Scrabble Wall Art from Bliss Bloom Blog.
Isn’t it great? It’s pretty large – her Scrabble letters are actually 4″ canvases.
She made it for her play room, love that idea. I think it would also look great in a classroom as a fun decoration!
Are you inspired?? I am!!
If you were featured and would like a button, they’re on the sidebar. ;)

Bev, I had such a fun time too!! Can’t wait to get home and start making stuff!
xoxo
